- The Bear utilises a ‘new to industry’ technology to offer a completely waterproof glove without affecting dexterity or breathability
- Achieves cut level E according to EN388, for protection in very high risk cut hazard applications
- Each glove contains a minimum of 17% recycled material (rPET)
- Adjustable Velcro wrist strap ensures a secure fit and helps to keep hands free from dust and debris
- Superior back of hand impact protection system utilises an advanced design to dissipate forceful blows over a large area
- Provides Cold Contact Level 1 performance according to EN 511
- Inside the waterproof layer, and next to the hand, is a soft cotton layer. This keeps hands comfortable and warm.
- Achieves Level 1 for Contact Heat according to EN407. Can withstand temperatures of 100ºC
- Achieves a maximum score of Level 4 for abrasion resistance as defined by European Standard EN388
- The palm coating is infused with microfoam bubbles increasing resistance to oils and maximising grip in wet and oily handling environments
- Primary Coating Polymer - Nitrile
- Tactile touchscreen compatible fingertips enable the wearer to use touch screen machinery or touch screen devices with precision and without the need to remove the glove

Armor Guard ™ The BEAR has been designed specifically to work in the harshest environments and applications, our joint R&D in conjunction with the Oil and Gas market ensures its ability to do this. The glove has been made with a waterproof liner inside a seamless knitted cut resistant liner, its industry-leading dexterity means that it can be used wherever protection in foul weather is required. To echo this, we designed The BEAR to protect against hot (contact heat) and cold (contact cold and water penetration), impact strikes and very high cut resistance (level E) to ensure it has the protection for the widest array of applications.
