Product Highlights
- The liner is made from bio-based Dyneema® yarn (sustainable share allocated by mass balancing*). The bio-based content in the liner constitutes a minimum of 50% of the total glove weight.
- 18 gauge seamless knitted liner is ultra-lightweight, breathable and highly flexible, ensuring ultimate comfort at all times
- Achieves cut level C according to EN388, for protection in high risk cut hazard applications.
Environmental:
- Conventional plastics are produced from fossil-based feedstock (e.g., naptha, which is refined from oil), whereas bio-based Dyneema® also incorporates bio-ethylene produced from renewable raw materials, such as organic waste from the pulp and timber industry. Bio-based Dyneema® is functionally identical to conventional Dyneema®, and shares exactly the same physical properties, so there is no compromise on performance.
- The glove utilises cutting edge bio-based Dyneema yarn. All bio-based Dyneema® fibres have the exact same characteristics and performance as conventional Dyneema® fibre. Ethylene is the primary raw material used to manufacture Dyneema® fibres, and is the feedstock that will be transitioned from conventional to a renewable source via mass balancing*.
Cut Resistant:
- Fine Dyneema® yarn offers superior cut resistance for a lightweight glove
Grip:
- The resilient polyurethane palm coating is flexible and very hard wearing
Primary Coating Polymer:
- Polyurethane
Abrasion Resistant:
- Thin polyurethane coating in combination with the special fibre delivers great EN388 abrasion performance for extended glove life and reduced cost of ownership
Colour:
- The white coating and liner ensure that dirt and contaminants are easily shown.
Dyflex White is our incredibly dexterous, 18 gauge, cut resistant glove coated with our soft, tacky, yet extremely hard wearing polyurethane coating. Dyflex White is made from high performance bio-based Dyneema® yarn (sustainable share allocated by mass balancing). The allocated bio-based content in the liner constitutes a minimum of 50% of the total glove weight. Conventional plastics are produced from fossil-based feedstock (e.g., naphtha, which is refined from oil), whereas bio-based Dyneema® also incorporates bio-ethylene produced from renewable raw materials, such as organic waste from the pulp and timber industry. Bio-based Dyneema® is functionally identical to conventional Dyneema®, and shares exactly the same physical properties, so there is no compromise on performance. Dyflex White offers the highest levels of dexterity required for the most intricate of engineering & manufacturing applications.

May contain latex in elasticated cuff which can cause allergic reactions, including anaphylactic response.
*The mass balance approach is a chain of custody model which allows producers to track usage of renewable or recycled materials to aid in gradually phasing out virgin fossil-based material. When materials are mixed in a production process, the respective input quantities are tracked and then a share of the total renewable or recycled content is allocated manually to the outputs on a product or batch level, but the actual renewable or recycled content in any individual product or batch is unknown.
