The DNHN21 nylon hair net has been developed with the specific needs of food production in mind. Hair contamination remains one of the most common physical contaminant complaints in the food sector, but a simple and easy way to prevent it is having the right correctly fitted hair nets. 

Available in food-industry standard blue, the DNHN21 is easy to identify and, crucially, easy to spot should contamination occur. Blue is not naturally present in most food products, making it the colour of choice for sites with strict contamination detection requirements.

Multifilament nylon construction.

Unlike many standard nylon hair nets, the DNHN21 is manufactured using premium multifilament nylon yarn. Each strand is constructed from multiple ultra-fine continuous filaments, creating a high-performance yarn that delivers exceptional softness, enhanced resilience and superior durability. The result is a more comfortable hair net that maintains a secure, consistent fit throughout the working day.

The multifilament yarn offers excellent elastic recovery, helping the hair net retain its shape and maintain a secure fit over a full shift rather than stretching or sagging. Its smooth construction also helps reduce the risk of fibre shedding, supporting contamination control in hygiene-critical food manufacturing environments.
